James is Claire’s husband and has been a part of the business from day dot.
James will tell you he is one of the most important cogs of the business and to be honest he is not far wrong. His title is Office Manager, however in actual fact, he is much more than that. James helps to guide and support on all aspects of the business, James comes with a wealth of experience in retail management and has been able to transfer a number skills that have been imperative in driving the business forward.
You will quite often hear him putting over his Motos on a daily basis, two of his favourites are "systems, methods & routines" & "Right person, Right place, Right time".
Joking aside - James' knowledge, hard work, passion and experience are second to none and he is a huge asset to the business.
James has 3 children, loves his music and is a huge Manchester Utd fan.
